The foundation of any treatment plan is  the Person-Centered Plan (PCP).  Although developing one is a collaborative effort, we focus on the joys of the client to ensure empowerment and a better quality of life.

Since July 2021, the state of California opened the Self-Determination Plan (SDP) to all clients of regional centers. We help our clients transition into the  SDP program, as well as provide ongoing  services and guidance with annual renewals.

Not only are there so many different medical, educational, and social programs to navigate, but finding the right provider for your services and supports is key. We can help guide you  to different therapies and refer you to the right agency for your individual needs.

The Individual Program Plan (IPP) is the backbone of all services obtained through regional centers (RC). We work with the client and RC to bring the best fit of goals and services to support one's hopes and dreams.

Enrolling in Generic Resources like health insurance, a school district, and state social programs must always be considered first for obtaining disability services. We can help you explore available plans that will help you reach your personal goals.

Understanding the law and your rights  is the cornerstone of having a successful outcome in disability services. We are educated and experienced in local, state, and federal policies. We do not provide legal advice, but our advocacy can be an added voice to help remove any boundaries that may get in the way of realizing your future.
